Terms of Service
According to the valid legislation the regional educational and psychological counselling centres offers standard counselling services to children, pupils, students, their legal representatives, schools and school institutions, on request, free of charge.
The condition of providing consulting services is a written consent of the pupil (in the minors a written consent of the minor's legal representative). The consent is not necessary in cases determined by special legislation. Requests for the services offered are handled personally or by phone according to the date of arrival or the nature of the case. Applicants are informed of the date and time of visits in writing or by telephone. Counselling services are provided in the confidential atmosphere of experts during the business hours 7:30-16:00. Phone service is also provided during the same business hours. Depending on the nature of services the counselling staff invites clients or their legal representatives for a certain time of day. Diagnostic services usually take place in the morning, other counselling activities in the afternoon. During the school holidays the business hours are usually limited to receiving requests for services.
Privacy Policy
Client's personal data are protected by the Act No. 101/2000 Coll. on The protection of personal data and on modification of some laws, as amended. Regional Educational and Psychological Counselling Center in Vyškov is registered at the Office for Personal Data Protection in Prague (reg. number 3756/001). It handles address and identification information, including sensitive data and health information of clients at the subject of the data's consent, directly from the data subject respectively legal representatives. Communication on the client to other people is made only with a written consent of the client (legal representative). Employees who come into contact with clients' personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data.
